Macka was hilarious but it wasn't as exciting as we had seen in pictures and videos, the LARC is really slow and you only splash once, despite the fun of the tour guide it felt like I was in school again learning about captain Cook.

The historical commentary provided by driver John and being able walk off on the sand bank along with the chance to see sea life and bird life on the trip

We were a group of 6 and we all thought it was excellent. Both the experience on the Larc and the information we received about the area was fantastic. We did the sunset cruise and would love to do the day trip next time. The splashdown was definitely a highlight!

John was a lovely tour guide and had heaps of amazing knowledge. Unfortunately though it was very difficult to hear him over the other passengers that decided a cruise filled with children would be a excellent time to break out a heap of XXXX cans and drink them. They became even more loud and disruptive as the tour went on even starting to swear and yell. One demanding that he desperately needed to use the bathroom that much he was distrubting the tour. (I am slightly glad to say he did not make it to the bathroom in time and left even more embarrassed) I wouldn't have hesitated to give this tour 5 stars but by allowing these ummm... people? to drink alcohol on the tour made it such a bad experience. I have taken 2 stars off even though I didn't enjoy it at all because if it wasn't for them it would have been 5 stars and to a degree there is only so much the tour guide could have done but by not allowing drinks in the first place would have helped at least.

Fun trip out into the water and sandbanks on the amphibious giant vehicle. Absolute must do activity for kids and big kids!

What a wonderful activity to do. Dillion, our driver was very knowledgeable, very engaging and very witty. We had several young lads on our trip (like under 10s), and the "big splash" was a HUGE hit with them (the adults loved it too!). Highly recommend for all ages!! Thanks Larc crew.....from the lady dressed as a Christmas cracker!

A 1 hour tour with commentary at sunset......what a wonderful way to end your day! Dillon was our driver and he kept everyone entertained as we journeyed across the waters of 1770. The kids loved the experience and certainly enjoyed seeing the stingrays and jabiru! Thanks for a fabulous afternoon.

This was such a fun experience, fantastic value for money, great commentary and Neil was a wealth of information about the history of this beautiful part of the world. He shared his vast knowledge of the wildlife and the importance of sustainability. All staff connected with this attraction were friendly and accommodating. Well done LARC!
