The restaurant was established just after the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
In 2007 (October) the restaurant and function facilities were taken over by Vince Capolupo, whom had previously co owned the Trevi Restaurants at Leichhardt, Norwest Business Park and Penrith.
The facilities prior to been taken over by Vince Capolupo had very limited usage and were not opened as a restaurant for the last 3 to 4 years.
Mr Capolupo had the vision to see the potential and the restaurant was opened with the view to servicing Penrith and providing an establishment where great food and great wines may be enjoyed in unique surroundings.
